Helen began her acting career in Melbourne, Australia. After completing university studies, Helen moved overseas and based herself in Abu Dhabi to work and travel for 4 years. This experience has provided Helen with a rich understanding and respect of people and cultures, which she can bring to her roles.  Helen and her young family are now based in Brisbane, Australia .
